Human Resource Management System Installation Guide
Before installing this Application Please Check Your Localhost (xampp/wamp) or Your Server (Cpanel).It is compatible with this version.

Then Follow the Installation steps :

Please Extract the hrm_v3_main.zip folder. Then you will get hrm_v3_main.zip and Documentation Folder, First read the documentation.
Now just Upload the hrm_v3_main.zip file to your server using cPanel or FTP.
Extract the hrm_v3_main.zip file
Now you just access into the your uploaded folder and then move all folders and files if needed (EX: application, assets,index.php,.htaccess,install and system folders) one step up to public_html directory or can create a folder and then you can keep it at the folder . Note: Keep in mind about .htaccess file is moved correctly otherwise you cannot access into the admin panel.Codeigniter has a .htaccess file what you must keep at the root directory with the project files.Sometimes, it become hide if your server dont allow by default "show the hidden file". So, we recomend you to keep in mind.

Installer second step showing the directory and server requirements.and SMTP server.Try to make everything ok,initially SMTP if not enable it will work but for email sending you must setup your serer later otherwise email will not delivere.But you can install the application now.

*Enter your database name, username, password, host name and click on Next button

User Guide:
Keep in mind:please remove the all products from the admin panel and then add A Product > Purchase that product > Sale the product. This is the procedure. For Barcode Scanner Please Hit enter button after scanning the code at input field otherwise products will not come.

After installing then you wil be redirected to login page.then put user,password and captha then click on login button.


This is Home page overview, Your Today's all employee and absent,present Report will be shown here.


To change profile settings ,user name and password just look on top-right side of dashboard then click settings icon and go to setting option then change your profile settings.don't forget to click save button.

To add daily attend report of employee just go to Attendance > Attendance Form ,Now click Single ClockIn button then a pop up window will open then select employee and click Sign In Button.

If you want to add employee sign out time then go to Attendance > Attendance Form > click Clockout button of specific employee.


If you want to see attendance report just go to Attendance > Attendance Report , Here you can see datewise report.

If you want to add award just go to Award > New Award then click Add New Award Button and a pop window will open.

If you want to manage award just go to Award > New Award then click "Manage Award" button.

Recruitment Section Setting
To add new candidate just go to Recruitment > Candidate Information > Add New Candidate and fill up the information then click Next button. Now fill up page 2 information then click Next button and again fill up page 3 information and finally click on Finish button.


To manage candidate just go to Recruitment > Candidate Information > Manage Candidate.from this section you can edit,delete or view of any candidate information.


If you want to make a candidate short list just go to Recruitment > Candidate Shortlist then click Add Shortlist then a pop form will open and fill up all information.


To set interview option just go to Recruitment > Interview > Add Interview then a pop up form will open and fill up all infromation then click Add button


To select candidate just go to Recruitment > Candidate Selection > Add Selection then a pop up form will open and fill up all infromation then click Add button


To add department just go to Department > Add New Department then a pop up form will open and fill up all infromation then click Add button

To Manage Department just go to Department > Manage Depart

Employee Section Settings

To add new employee just go to Employee > Add Employee then a pop up form will open and fill up all information then click

To create company employee position just go to Employee > Position > Add Position ,A pop up form will open and fill up information then click add button.

To add employee performance just go to Employee > Employee Performance > Add Performance then a pop up form will open and fill up all infromation then click Add button

To manage employee salary just go to Employee > Manage Employee Salary then click "Pay Now?" if not paid.then it will open new page and select id-salary-working hour and other information.

To add leave day / Weekly holiday just go to Leave > Add Weekly Holiday then a pop up form will open.


To add more holiday just go to Leave > Holiday > Add More Holiday then a pop up form will open and fill up all infromation then click Add button

To add leave application just go to Leave > Leave Application > Add Application then a pop up form will open and fill up all infromation then click Add button

To add notice just go to Notice Board > Add New Notice then a pop up form will open and fill up all infromation then click Add button

To add loan just go to Loan > Grandloan > Add Loans then a pop up form will open and fill up all infromation then click Add button


To add loan installment just go to Loan > Loan Installment > Add Installment then a pop up form will open and fill up all infromation then click Add button


To see loan report just go to Loan > Loan Report then you will see loan report.


To setup tax option just go to Tax > Tax Setup > Setup Tax then a pop up form will open and fill up information.


If you want to see tax collection report then go to Tax > Tax Collection .

To set up salary type just go to Payroll > Salary Type Setup > Add Salary Type.

To setup salary setting just go to Payroll > Salary Setup > Add Salary Setup then a pop up form will open and fill up all information.


To generate salary just go to Payroll > Salary Generate > Generate Salary Now then a pop up form will open and fill up all information.

To add user just go to User > Add User and fill up information.


To see and manage user list just go to User > User List ,from here you can edit delete any user.


To module just go to Module > Add Module,then choose module file and click Add Module button.


If you want to see module list just go to Module > Module List.

To set up module permission just go to Module Permission > Add Module Permission.

If you want to see module permission list just go to Module Permission > Module Permission List.

Language setting is the important part of this software.you can add your native language in this system just go to Software Settings > Language then add your native language name and follow picture.i added my native language 'Bengali' in this system then click 2 number box of showing picture. then next phrase page will come.now add your language phrase instead English language phrase.

To change Application setting like logo,favicon,footer text,language and currency just follow picture.there have an exclusive feature to change LTR and RTL feature. just follow picture which type you want LTR or RTL you can change.

To send message just go to Message > New then select receiver,subject and message description then send. here you can see inbox and sent mail.

How to install HRM offline?
Please look at the below instruction for installing HRM ofline mode..
At first you should have xamp/wamp in your computer
Download and install Xampp/Wamp software || XAMPP Compatible Version Download Link
Please Check Your Localhost (xampp/wamp) before installing this Application.It is compatible with this version. > Mysql Version : 5.0.12 > PHP version: 7.0.5 > Apache : 2.4.18

Now open your Computer C Drive then go to Xampp/Wamp Folder

Now open htdocs folder and put hrm.zip file inside htdocs folder and extract zip folder.


After unziping HRM software folder then open unziping folder and select all file and move to main folder.


Now go to your browser and write localhost/folder name(eg: hrm)/install then you will see below picture.and click on next button.

Now fill up information put database name > username (eg: root) and make blank password field then click next button and it will take 10 second to install.. then click "Click to launch your application" button and it will redirect to login page.

Requirements for HRM
